GSLC is open to the above group using its indoor building space, however during COVID-19 there are additional guidelines that will need to be agreed upon and followed by the group. GSLC may move forward or backwards in terms of the opening of the building and this may have a direct impact on our ability to have outside groups use this space. When GSLC is in Phase 2 or greater, and utilization of indoor space is permitted, the following guidelines must be met:

I have NOT been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days
-
I have NOT been in close contact with someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days
-
I do NOT have a fever above 100.4 degrees fahrenheit within the last 72 hours
-
I am not experiencing any of the following symptoms indicative of COVID-19 that include: coughing, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.

No lingering in the indoor space before or after the meeting
-
All participants must stay in designated space of lower level (if handicapped access is needed, whoever has the key can come to the front door and let someone in to allow them to use the elevator)
-
A contact tracing plan must be implemented (use a sign-in sheet that someone from AA keeps for two weeks)
-
One person in restroom at a time
-
Masks must be worn indoors and outdoors at all times
-
Social distancing of at least 6’ must be practiced
-
No common food or drink will be served
-
When done, every individual present uses wipes provided to sanitize chairs
-
Cleaning of the space must be completed after, including sweeping using broom/dustpan provided
