CALLING ALL 7th GRADE PARENTS . . . Confirmation Reception

It has become a tradition here at Good Shepherd that the parents of the children in the grades just prior to First Communion (2nd grade) and Confirmation (7th grade) are requested to help set-up, serve and clean-up a reception.  Thank you to the 2nd grade parents who helped with 1st Communion on March 6th.  Now it’s time for our 7th grade parents to prepare a celebration for Confirmation on May 15th.  Watch for an email or a phone call to sign-on to help. THANK YOU!

We are particularly excited this year to sponsor a sixteen year old from Concordia for the L&S Program.  Jamama has gone to Calumet for several summers now and is the first from her church to be accepted into the Leadership and Service Program.  We are delighted to provide her with a campership to cover four weeks.
