Pastor Kathy Baines

Hi,

Welcome to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. I am Pastor Kathy Baines. I have been the Senior Pastor at Good Shepherd since January 2007. My husband, Barry, and I live here in Westborough. We have two married children and one beautiful, amazing grandson. (Just ask. I have pictures!!!)
I grew up in Ohio and attended Wittenberg University and The Lutheran Theological Seminary in Gettysburg. My DMin is from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary. I have been a pastor for over 30 years. I served most of my ministry in Florida, as a parish pastor and Assistant to the Bishop.
Good Shepherd is a wonderful place to do ministry. We have lots of children and young families. Our Education and Youth programs are terrific! We have many growing disciples who are anxious to reach out to God’s world in service, welcome, and friendship. Our music program includes something for everyone. Our worship is varied, fun, and exciting with both traditional and contemporary services.
I hope you can hear my love for Good Shepherd and the ministry we do together. Please come and join us is worship, fellowship, learning, growing and serving God and all God’s people. Everyone is welcome here!
