Five Wishes is a living will that documents your personal, emotional and spiritual needs as well as your medical wishes when and if you become seriously ill. It is an accepted legal document in Massachusetts. Information and paperwork will be available to anyone who is interested in completing a form at home. The intention is to provide you with information, stimulate meaningful, prayerful conversations in families and help you plan for the future. I strongly encourage anyone who wants to learn more to stop by the fellowship hall after all three services.
